Besides Ivan and Vivian and the Sussex Avenue Fiddlers, other eatured guests will include young NB fiddlers Sara and James Nelson, teachers and performers, Stacey Read and Samantha Robichaud (NB),
10 year old fiddler, Luka Hall from PEI, the Carter Family from Aulac, NB and 90 year old fiddler Thérèse Albert and daughter, Doria, from Bertrand, NB

Coming up on Nov 15 at 2PM at the Riverview Arts Center, Ivan and Vivian Hocks are presenting Tis the Season which the proceeds will go to support the Lion’s Sick Children’s Fund and the Albert County Food Bank.
Guests include the Greater Moncton Ecumenical Children’s Choir, Samantha Robichaud, Riversong, Geraldine Charters, Sylvia Campbell, Richard Family, Mark Lloyd, Louise Fyffe, Lori Joudry, the Sussex Avenue Fiddlers, Yvonne Comeau and Craig Murphy.
The Sussex Avenue Fiddlers will be the entertainment as the Town of Riverview Seniors Roundtable celebrates the International Older Persons Day.
The Super Fiddle Show is one of the most anticipated annual musical shows in New Brunswick.
This show features some of Canada’s fiddling greats, along with step dancing and vocals. Ivan and Vivian Hicks, organizers of this program and featured entertainers and the Sussex Avenue Fiddlers will grace the stage once again.
Guests will include: Patti Kusturok, Manitoba; premier Acadian accordionist, Roger Lanteigne; teacher and fiddler, Stacey Lynn Read and young Canadian Grand Masters Fiddlers.
Proceeds go to the Riverview High School Safe Grad program.

An article on the Sussex Avenue Fiddlers will be appearing as part of the cover feature for the Salon portion of the Telegraph-Journal. The date of print will be Saturday, September 13, 2014. The article will be on fiddling in New Brunswick, past and present.
The Sussex Avenue Fiddlers have booked a bus for the Fiddle Doo in Perth Andover on Saturday Oct 4th. This fiddle doo which is run by Garold and Dorothy Hanscom and they come to many of our events in this area so this is an opportunity for us to support them. As you know the seats on these trips often fill up quickly so best to sign up early if you plan to go.
Our Junior members have all taken part in many competitions over the summer and they all performed very well!
Amelie de Arcos, Martha Pitre, Jaylee hebert and Janelle Melanson were all invited to and competed in this years Canadian Grand Masters in Ottawa, with Martha, Jaylee, and Janelle all making the top 11. We are very proud of them all! Remember, next year the Canadian Grand Masters will take place in Moncton, NB!
